Please arrive from 4:00 PM so everyone is in place for a 4:15 PM start.

The ceremony is outdoors, so keep an eye on the weather in the lead up.

Phones & photos

We’d love everyone to be present during the ceremony, so we ask that phones are put away while we get married. We have a photographer booked for both the ceremony and reception so there will no shortage of opportunities for photos.

Gifts

If you’ve spent more than 10 minutes with us in the past year or so, you’ll be aware that we are spending 2027 in Italy on a working holiday visa. Any cash contributions to our wishing well to send us on our way would be greatly appreciated. We’d love to turn your generosity into experiences, adventures and memories that we’ll carry with us for years to come.

Wedding video

On the night we want to hear from you! During the reception the bridal party will be coming around to interview guests to capture the day. Share your well wishes to the couple, think ahead of what you might like to say; your favourite memory with the bride and/or groom, advice for the future or simply your favourite thing about them.

Children

We love our newest generation of additions to the group, but the wedding will be adults only.

Parking

While we recommend not driving at all to best enjoy the festivities, we note the venue does not have a carpark.

End of the night

We must have completely vacated the venue by 11:45pm.
At this time we will return to the Carlton Gardens for the midnight fireworks.
